R&D & Innovation
Our R&D team consists of experienced engineers in hardware, firmware, and industrial design, and we typically launch 8-12 new SKUs per year. Our in-house capabilities include 3D printing, CNC prototyping, oscilloscopes, power analyzers, battery cycle testers, and acoustic test rigs.

Quality Control & Certifications
Our quality control process covers incoming quality inspection (IQC), in-process AOI and functional testing, burn-in and aging tests, and final inspection, ensuring an outgoing defect rate of less than 1%. Our test equipment includes AOI, X-ray inspection, environmental chambers, and battery safety testing rigs. We regularly cooperate with TUV, SGS, and Intertek for third-party certification, and our products hold ISO 9001, CE, FCC, RoHS, and UN38.3 (for battery transport) certifications.
